Release 4.3
AVP Features
Note
AVP features can be feature toggled on or off.
Commodity Configuration for AVP
This functionality is to
- Specify commodity types that can be sent directly to an AVP without DAERA intervention.
- Specify commodity types that may be sent to AVP with DAERA intervention (e.g. require DC or may require DAERA to pre-notify)
Admin
Each commodity (in the commodity configuration) has two new check boxes:
- Direct to AVP
- AVP via DAERA
A user can select 'Direct to AVP' or 'AVP via DAERA' or none.
Exporter (portal or anonymous)
The exporter is able to select the AVP for processing if available for the commodity type / country combination.
If the commodity selected by the user is configured to 'Direct to AVP' / 'AVP via DAERA' then the user will be presented with a checkbox. Once the checkbox is selected 'enabled' AVPs will appear in a dropdown list in both the exporters portal and public application.
Note
In both cases a processing office is still required to complete the process.
AVP Portal - Awaiting Export
Applications that have been sent 'Direct to AVP' will now appear in the selected AVP portal Awaiting Export page.
Applications that have been sent to 'AVP via DAERA' will appear in DECOL Admin for initial processing.
AVP Portal - Details View
From the grid view, users can now enter the details view where Submission Details, Documents, Processing Details and Generated Documents associated with an application are displayed.
AVP Portal - Complete and Cancel
Applications that are processed in the AVP portal can now be completed or cancelled by clicking the respective buttons.
Exporters Portal Features
Date and Time Stamp for 'Certificate Ready' Status Field - Freshdesk #1757
For the benefit of the Exporter, a time and date stamp has been added to the 'Certificate Ready' status in Submission Details.
This status corresponds with Admin 'Awaiting Export Confirmation.'
For applications that do not require Disease Clearance a time and date stamp has been added to 'Certificate send to AVI' status in Submission Details.
This status corresponds with Admin 'Awaiting Export Confirmation' for applications Submitted For Disease Clearance (AVI issued certificate; VSSPT issued by VO.)
Other Changes
Prompt Text Enhancement - Freshdesk #2002
To ensure users are receiving the correct advice the following prompt text enhancement has been added below the 'Date of Loading' field: "NB: If the Date of Loading is changed on the day of loading / day prior to loading, you must also notify the certifying office."
This change is in:
Step 1 of the Application
RFI URL contained in the Submission Confirmation Email
- Exporters Portal - Submit Info Tab
Original DOL Retained in Action History - Freshdesk #1992
If an update/change has been made to the 'Date of Loading' by the Exporter of DAERA Admin, the 'Original DOL' will be displayed next to the 'New DOL' in the Action History Tab.
Bug Fixes
Date of Original Issued Certificate Removed from 'Yes Flow' - Freshdesk #1992
'Date of Issue of Original Certificate updated to' was displaying in the Yes Flow Action History when the Date of Loading was changed. As 'Date of Issue of Original Certificate updated to' is unrelated to the 'Yes Flow' it was now been removed and no longer displays.
AVP Feature Session Expiry - Freshdesk #2034
Users provisioned with the 'DECOL Super User' role will now be able to add AVP's by organisation ID without encountering session expiry.
Important
Users will no longer require the Exporter role - this should be removed.
