New Features
Disease Clearance (DC)
Disease clearance functionality is enhanced to mandate a set of web pages that should be visited each day and audit that the Certifying Officer (CO) has visited them.
Configuration
The functionality is enabled and disabled via a "feature toggle".
DC Links can now be added in Static Data Management for each of the flows
Operation
First time CO (user) does DC on a particular day then need to click on the links to each DC page for that flow - To open the link in a new window click the view icon button, the button will change from red to green once the DC link has been opened.
Audit
Users can now view flow, username, date and sites visited for DC by clicking into Disease Clearance Page Views.
The links show a copy of the page that was viewed at the time it was viewed.
Create Export Application Draft
Authenticated exporters are now able to create a draft application.
View the application draft in 'Applications In Progress,' click 'Edit' to update and submit the draft
AVI / PVP Vet Configuration Updates
The current list of vets has been extended to allow:
- Differentiation between an AVI who will be sent EHC and DC documents from DAERA (future enhancement) and PVP's who appear on the dropdown list in step one of BREXIT scenario for AVI Issued EHC.
- Record the mobile phone number of the AVI for future secure messaging integration.
This feature will not have any impact on current functionality but is to enable AVI messaging enhancements.

Search is now accepting full transaction ID.
RFI Request Fix - (Fresh Desk #1577)
The main screen now immediately reflects that there has been an RFI on that application.
