Release 4.12.0
New Features
Inbound Messaging Functionality
We have added a new toggle within the Configuration Menu that enables Inbound messaging to the service. When enabled, a public (organisation) user is able to initiate a secure message to the Service Owner. This toggle enables a 'Send Message' menu item for the organisation. When the toggle is disabled, the menu item is not displayed.
The inbound message notification email should be configured to the email address to be notified of any inbound message.
Once an email is initiated, it will be visible as a received message by Admin , and the nominated email address (if entered) will receive a notification email.
Closed Loop Functionality
Closed Loop functionality has been implemented. This functionality does not let the recipient reply to a message and the message is immediately marked as completed. Once the Closed Loop functionality is selected, the user has the opportunity to switch the closed loop on, on an indiviual message basis or 'all messages' basis
Select the Closed loop toggle to turn the functionality on for the service :
If this toggle only is selected, there will be a new field in the body of the message template :
Check this box if you wish this message to be closed loop, else leave unchecked.
Make 'all messages' Closed Loop by selecting the second toggle.
There will no longer be a checkbox onscreen within the message and all messages for the service will have the reply functionality switched off and will complete automatically.
