New Features
Message Detail View
A new message detail view has been implemented on the admin and public site.
From the admin messages grid view, click the view icon button.
The user will be redirected into the new message detail view. The left hand navigation tab displays 'Message Details.'
The right hand navigation tab displays 'Action History,' which documents all events performed against the message transaction.
Attachments can be viewed by clicking the paper clip icon on the event entry.
The 'View Transaction' button will return the user to the grid view retaining any previous filters.
User can also mark the message as complete from this view by clicking 'Mark Complete.'
From the public messages grid view, click the view icon button.
The user will be redirected into the new message detail view. There is no Action History implemented on the public site.

User can also reply to the message from this view by entering their response in the free text area, add documents using 'Add Files' and click 'Reply.'
The response will enter the admin system as a new transaction in the messages grid view, click the view icon button.
The user will be redirected into the new message detail view. The left hand navigation tab displays 'Message Details.'
The action history records all communication associated with the initial secure message request.
The user can click a 'Secure Message Request' or 'Secure Message Response' event to be redirected to the event's corresponding Message Details screen.
